My work is rooted in decades of deep study and personal transformation. While my clinical licensure provides the safety of structure, it is the energetic and somatic pathways that truly bridge the gap between mind and body and spirit that teach us how to listen.

I have dedicated myself to understanding the body's wisdom through a convergence of rigorous training and profound personal exploration:

• Somatic Experiencing® (SE™): A rigorous 3-year program at Somatic Experiencing International, grounding me in the science of how trauma lives in the body and how to release it safely.

• Sacred Transitions:Trained with the International End-Of-Life Doula Association (INELDA) in 2022, learning to hold space for the final chapter of life with dignity and deep presence.

• Energy & Embodiment: Certified as a Reiki Practitioner, trained in Urban Tantra (Barbara Carrellas, 2023), and a Yoga practitioner (2012). These disciplines taught me that healing is not just mental, but a flow of energy through the physical vessel.

• Personal Exploration: Years of deep participation in plant medicine ceremonies and energy healing work. These experiences were not just studies, but profound initiations that cleared my own path, allowing me to sit with others in their deepest moments of freedom.
